In its early years, the priority of Prosegur Security was to professionalize a sector that had traditionally operated with little standardization. Training, operational protocols, and a strong client orientation became key pillars of the service.

As the company grew and expanded internationally, new client needs emerged: the protection of large infrastructures, industrial facilities, critical logistics hubs, and corporate environments. Security therefore evolved beyond a purely reactive model to become an integrated service capable of adapting to different sectors and operational realities.

Prosegur Security gradually developed a service model designed to combine on-site presence with strategic planning and advanced operational management. 

The real structural change came with the gradual integration of technology. Video surveillance, access control systems, and monitoring centers began to complement (and optimize) the work of professionals in the field.
