Prosegur once again recognized in the DCH Emotional Salary Awards as one of Spain’s top 10 companies committed to employee wellbeing

Madrid, June 24, 2025 – Prosegur, a leader in the private security sector, has been recognized in the 3rd Edition of the DCH Emotional Salary Awards for its outstanding implementation of policies that promote the wellbeing, motivation, and emotional engagement of its teams. The Emotional Salary Awards, organized annually for the past three years by the International Organization of Human Capital Directors (DCH), recognize leading companies in human resources practices focused on the holistic wellbeing and satisfaction of employees—beyond financial compensation.
