Rocío, Prosegur University is now a key component in the company's professional development strategy, so could you tell us how this platform has evolved over time?

Of course! Prosegur University has undergone a major transformation in recent years. We have redesigned our virtual campus to meet the needs of our staff. Previously, we had a digital training space, but it lacked the technological capabilities it has today. With this new approach, we have managed to create a hybrid learning environment, where our employees can access a wide range of courses and content to drive their professional development.

Continuous learning is a crucial aspect in the success of any organization. How has Prosegur University impacted the growth and development of talent within the company?

Prosegur University has been a catalyst for the growth and development of talent in our company. Through this platform, our employees acquire the fundamental knowledge and skills they need to carry out their responsibilities.
