d. In case of having contracted such services, to use the data related to the geo-location, in order to provide tele-assistance services and location of customer vehicles that are contractually safeguarded.

ii. Legitimation by express consent:

a. Sending commercial communications by any means, including electronic related to products and / or services offered by PROSEGUR, which are different from those contracted, but are related to the sector of Security, Ancillary Services and Home Automation.

b. Sending commercial communications from companies with which the PROSEGUR Group has signed collaboration agreements, related to the Financial, Insurance, Energy, Real Estate and Telecommunications sectors.

c. Transfer of data to PROSEGUR Group companies and third parties with which PROSEGUR has signed collaboration agreements in order to send commercial communications that allow you to participate in discounts and promotional benefits in the Financial, Insurance, Energy, Real Estate and Telecommunications sectors.

iii. Legitimation by legitimate interests of PROSEGUR:

a. To process the requests formulated by the users, mainly, requesting information about PROSEGUR's products and services.

b. Sending commercial communications by any means, including electronic, related to PROSEGUR products and services similar to those that have been contracted. In this case the legitimate interest of PROSEGUR is based on keeping the customer informed and updated on products or services that might be of interest.

c. d. To carry out projects for the automation of PROSEGUR's business processes, in order to improve the products and services offered. The legitimate interest in this case is to improve the efficiency and productivity of PROSEGUR's activity.

e. To constitute general customer profiles based on their personal data, to calculate the predisposition to purchase other products or contract other services that may be of interest to them, as well as the propensity to cancel the contracted services and the assignment of an evaluation with the exclusive purpose of contributing to improve the customer experience.

Public Entities to which PROSEGUR is obliged to transmit the information collected, such as the Financial Analysis Unit, the Public Ministry or Courts of Justice in order to comply with the requirements of such public institutions, always respecting the rights of the owners contained in the law.
Companies that are part of the PROSEGUR Group, in order to be able to properly manage the eventual contractual relationship with customers as a result of the centralization of administrative and IT processes within the PROSEGUR Group.
Collaborating entities that are necessary for the execution of services or customer requests, such as companies in the logistics and/or transport sector involved in the execution of requirements management.

4. Data Retention

The criteria that PROSEGUR uses to set the terms for the conservation of its data have been determined in accordance with the term indicated in article 18 of the law and in the operational requirements of PROSEGUR related to the correct management of the data of its clients and/or potential clients.

Your data will not be kept for a period of more than 5 years from the end of any possible contractual relationship between you and PROSEGUR, having been set the previous period of conservation of the blocked data in accordance with the applicable legal regulations. Notwithstanding the above, in the event that there is an ongoing judicial process or investigation being carried out against you, your data may be kept for the additional time necessary until a final and enforceable judicial resolution is obtained.
