Our Mobile Teleassistance service is addressed at elder people or people with special assistance needs and their relatives. Thanks to a very easy-to-use small device, our service assures permanent assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, both inside and outside the home.

The Tele-assistance device is very simple to use thanks to its 7 buttons that allow elder people to use it without problems
Upon a fall, our Assistance Centre receives an emergency signal, giving notice to a relative and to the emergency services if necessary.
By just pushing a button the Assistance Centre will get in contact and act according to the emergency.
Notification to the relative whenever the device is inactive for more than 48 hours.
Every 15 days we will make a monitoring call from our Prosegur’s Assistance Centre. We will additionally give notice to the selected relative.
