Prosegur Security strengthens its commitment to security in Argentina with the inauguration of a new iSOC in Buenos Aires
As part of Prosegur Security’s iSOC ecosystem in 13 other countries, this center consolidates international collaboration, offering global coordination and an effective response at the local level
Madrid, March 12, 2025.- Prosegur Security, a leading international company in security solutions, has again shown its commitment to its clients’ security with the inauguration of an Intelligent Security Operations Center (iSOC) in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where it has been operating for more than 30 years.
This initiative is in addition to the 13 centers already operating in its main markets, reaffirming the company's commitment to its hybrid security strategy: combining people, technology and data to offer customized, efficient solutions aimed at generating value for its clients, boosting productivity and providing business continuity.
With an investment of more than $2.5 million, this iSOC becomes the nerve center of Prosegur Security's operations in Argentina. From here, more than 200 expert security operators will manage clients’ security needs, providing a complete and real-time view of all operations, guaranteeing efficient execution under an agile command-and-control model. All with the aim of offering a homogeneous, high-quality service adapted to the needs of each client and sector.
A security model adapted to a constantly evolving business environment

In addition to traditional services such as alarm management (ARC), video surveillance or remote access control, iSOCs manage a wide range of advanced security services. These include remote supervision of loading and unloading, real-time control of critical indicators such as pressure, humidity and temperature in a range of industries, along with AI-based monitoring of large spaces, allowing for the detection of risk patterns in train stations, airports or large-scale events. Prosegur also uses AI to verify compliance with operational and security procedures and manage critical business processes, while providing comprehensive fire protection service through FireSOC. All this through the advanced integration of technology and the experience of our professionals, creating a hybrid ecosystem that maximizes our clients’ productivity.
This latest iSOC is designed to adapt to the needs of different sectors such as banking, mining, oil & gas, energy, logistics and distribution, automotive, ports, retail and real estate.
