Prosegur Security and J2 Innovations’ smart monitoring solution drives energy management in buildings
Further diversifying the company’s product range, EnerSOC leverages the monitoring and surveillance capabilities of Prosegur Security’s network of smart security operations
Madrid, May 27, 2025. Prosegur Security, a leading Spanish company in the private security sector, has signed a partnership agreement with J2 Innovations to develop EnerSOC, an advanced building energy management solution. A decisive step in Prosegur Security's strategy to diversify its product range, it integrates energy monitoring capabilities through a global network of Intelligent Security Operations Centers (iSOC).
Developed by Prosegur Security's Innovation department EnerSOC provides 24/7 energy monitoring of buildings through intelligent integration with the company's iSOC network, reducing managers’ workload so they can focus on strategic tasks, delegating monitoring to an automated and efficient system.
Based on J2 Innovations’ FIN Framework technology, EnerSOC is characterized by an open and highly adaptable architecture for building automation.
EnerSOC has been installed at Prosegur's facilities by Andal Building Technologies, a company specializing in consulting, engineering and technological solutions. Andal's role as a technology partner for Prosegur Security and J2 Innovations has been fundamental in ensuring interoperability, adaptation to existing environments and the scalability of the tool across the company's various facilities.
With a presence in 34 countries and a workforce of 175,000 employees, more than 100,000 of whom provide security services, Prosegur Security is once again demonstrating its commitment to sustainability, technological innovation and operational efficiency. The international network of 14 iSOCs forms the backbone of its comprehensive security model, enabling remote, intelligent and centralized management of both security services and other operational processes. Beyond providing advanced private security services, the company's innovation is driving change through investments in R&D&I, addressing real-world issues such as excessive energy consumption.
