Prosegur among Europe’s leading organizations for diversity and inclusion, according to the Financial Times

Madrid, 15 January 2026. Prosegur, a world leader in innovative security solutions, has been included in the 7th edition of the Financial Times and Statista’s Europe's Diversity Leaders 2026. The company was ranked sixth among the 41 companies in the Business Services and Supplies category, and was placed 141st overall.

The ranking recognizes organizations that are demonstrating significant progress through diversity and inclusion policies. More than 100,000 employees throughout Europe were surveyed, while an exhaustive documentary analysis of their corporate policies, internal procedures and public commitments on equality was also carried out.

Prosegur has reinforced its diversity strategy in recent years through international initiatives that promote equal opportunities and the development of talent at all levels of the organization. These include Empowered Women, focused on promoting female visibility and leadership through training, mentoring and identifying opportunities for professional growth; Target Gender Equality, a project aligned with the United Nations Global Compact that accelerates progress towards gender equality in management positions; and the Aprocor-Prosegur Special Employment Center, whose workforce is made up of 70% people with some type of disability, contributing to their inclusion in the workforce and society through stable employment. These initiatives and others, are part of the company's ESG strategy, which puts people front and center and is committed to a more inclusive, responsible and sustainable business model.
