Madrid, October 31, 2025. Prosegur, a world leader in security solutions, has recorded a solid financial performance by achieving a net profit from January to September of €96 million, up 47.2% on the first nine months of the previous year. Turnover in this period grew by 2.5% compared to 2024 to reach total sales of €3.672 billion.

The improvement in net profit is due to the increase in profitability (EBITA grew 9% YoY to €258 million) and the efficient management of financial results and taxes.

By region, Latin America saw turnover of €1.719 billion in this period, 2.1% down for the same period of the previous year, due to the impact of exchange rates on Latin American markets. Europe, for its part, registered growth of 4.9%, reaching €1.503 billion, while in the company’s other regions, sales totaled €450 million, with growth of 13.8%.

Net financial debt reached €1.292 billion and the leverage level remains at a net financial debt to EBITDA ratio of 2.3 times, despite seasonality. Operating cash flow amounted to €147 million, despite a slippage effect on collections (+€14M) monetized in the first week of October and an extraordinary efficiency plan (€12m) of the Cash business, which will improve margins in the near future.
