About the “World’s Best Companies 2025”
The ranking is based on an independent methodology developed by TIME and consulting firm Statista, and evaluates companies across three equally weighted pillars (33% each):

  • Employee Satisfaction: Based on anonymous surveys of 200,000 people in over 50 countries, assessing six key areas: company image, workplace atmosphere, working conditions, compensation, equity, and overall workplace.
  • Revenue Growth: Based on Statista’s financial data from 2022–2024, including both absolute and compound annual growth rates (CAGR). Only companies with revenues over $100 million and positive growth over the past three years are considered.
  • Sustainability Transparency (ESG): Evaluates performance in environmental, social, and governance indicators.
