Prosegur now among the top 30 companies to work for in Spain according to key ranking

Madrid, 28 September 2026. Prosegur, a world leader in the private security sector, has been placed 26th in Spanish magazine Actualidad Económica’s annual ranking of the 100 best companies to work for in Spain. In achieving this position Prosegur has moved up 23 positions on the previous year, a recognition of the company's commitment to its workforce. This distinction is especially relevant in a historic year for Prosegur, which is commemorating five decades setting the pace in the private security sector.

The study establishes its score based on a questionnaire developed by the Advantere School of Management that analyzes companies that have been operating in Spain for at least two years and have more than 100 employees worldwide. Among the aspects taken into account are talent management, remuneration and benefits, development plans and performance evaluation, training, ESG criteria and working conditions.

Over the course of its five decades, Prosegur has built a solid corporate culture around talent, innovation and commitment to society. In this context, the company has stood out for its commitment to a flexible and sustainable remuneration policy that seeks to attract, retain and motivate its professionals, combining recognition of performance with a benefits proposal adapted to the different needs of its teams.

A global talent model

Prosegur has developed a comprehensive talent management model that promotes the incorporation, professional growth and well-being of its teams. Every year the company incorporates around 80,000 new employees into its global workforce, with more than 15,000 in Spain alone, which places it among the companies with the highest employment capacity. In 2025 alone, Prosegur handled more than one million applications and conducted around 230,000 interviews, demonstrating the magnitude of its talent activity. More than 70% of its EBITDA is allocated to salary payments and social programs, reinforcing the stability of its teams. In addition to this, it has launched initiatives such as PRO360 or the 'Voice of the Employee' program, which have tripled the eNPS index since 2022.
