Prosegur Alarms breaks the one-million connection mark as it continues to enjoy sustained growth

Madrid, 25 November 2025. Prosegur Alarms has passed the milestone of one million active alarms, consolidating its position as an international benchmark in the security sector, in turn reflecting the company's ongoing commitment to customers, transparency and focus on its workforce.

Prosegur Alarms operates in nine countries across Europe, America and Africa, consolidating its position as an international benchmark in security solutions for the residential and business sectors.

In Spain, the company operates through the  Movistar Prosegur Alarms joint venture, which recorded 600,000 connections at the end of October 2025. This  represents nearly 60% of Prosegur Alarms' total global customer base, with the remaining 40% consisting of around 420,000 connections in Portugal, Argentina, Colombia, Peru and South Africa, where the company continues to strengthen its presence and operational capacity.

During the first nine months of 2025, Prosegur Alarms has seen significant growth in its turnover, reaching €174 million, an increase of 10% compared to the same period of the previous year. Organic growth has been 30%, while recurring cash has increased in this period by 21% year-on-year to €81 million, resources that the company will allocate to promote new investments and expansion projects.

Welcoming the news, Jaime Ron, CEO of Prosegur Alarms, said: "Exceeding one million connections marks a new milestone in the company's path and reaffirms our position as a benchmark in the sector. This achievement is the result of a constant commitment to our customers, based on reliability and a focus on people, both those who trust us every day and the workforce who make this growth possible."

Customer experience, transparency and putting the focus on people

Prosegur Alarms closed September with an NPS (Net Promoter Score), which evaluates the user's willingness to recommend the service, of 52%. The NPS is based on a scale of –100 to +100, with 0 being considered neutral, 30 a very high result and above 50 indicating an excellent recommendation level, typical of companies with a solid relationship with their customers and an outstanding service experience.

The company has strengthened its offer with a two-part Home Insurance Guarantee covering break-ins and illegal occupation, including in-home assistance, as well as Mobility Insurance in Portugal to protect personal belongings in the event of road incidents.

The Movistar Prosegur Alarms joint venture leads the sector with a Trustpilot score of 4.9 out of 5 based on the analysis of more than 30,000 ratings.

Transparency continues to set Prosegur Alarms from the competition: our technicians and sales representatives provide personalised, unbiased in-home security assessments, while our highly trained team in the Alarm Receiving Centre monitor and respond to criminal incidents.
