Movistar Prosegur Alarmas incorporates Feníe Energía’s commercial network to strengthen its growth in homes and businesses

Madrid, June 30, 2026. - Movistar Prosegur Alarmas, the joint venture formed by Telefónica and Prosegur focused on private security services and connected alarm systems for residential and business customers, has reached an agreement with Feníe Energía, a Spanish independent energy retailer specializing in sustainable energy solutions, to deliver security solutions to its customers, including homes, businesses and small enterprises. 

The partnership reflects the two companies’ shared goal of offering solutions that provide added value and enhance the customer experience. Feníe Energía becomes Movistar Prosegur Alarmas’ main partner in the energy sector, adding services from one of the leading companies in the security industry to its portfolio. In addition, Feníe Energía customers will have access to Movistar Prosegur Alarmas’ security solutions, which are now integrated into the energy provider’s offerings. The agreement expands the scope of these services and includes advantageous terms for users, with an estimated value of up to 240 euros, thereby strengthening the two companies’ joint offering in the area of home and business protection.

As Paula Román, CEO of Feníe Energía explains, the agreement allows the company to continue evolving its offer, strengthening the customer relationship. “We want to support them in meeting new needs related to their homes and businesses, always working alongside specialists and maintaining our model of proximity and trust.”
