Third party companies with which PROSEGUR has signed agreements with the aim of collaborating in the recruitment and selection processes.
Third parties to whom PROSEGUR is obliged to send information, including public authorities, security forces, judges or courts, in order to comply with the requirements of these authorities and the applicable regulations, where appropriate.

c. Gathering and using your personal information from employment websites and social networks to be used to make a more appropriate assessment of your profile in the hiring processes in which you participate.

iii. Legitimacy on the grounds of the legitimate interests of PROSEGUR:

a. Sending communications to candidates who have participated in a hiring process of any of the companies to which the PROSEGUR Group belongs related to future positions or hiring processes for other vacancies of the PROSEGUR Group, which will be adjusted to the candidate's professional profile and be in line with their interests.

b. Keeping your identification data when a situation has arisen that could result in liability on your part, for a period of five years, with the aim of preserving security and avoiding situations of conflict in the future. The legitimate interest of PROSEGUR is to safeguard the security and integrity of PROSEGUR and its employees.

The personal data that you provide to PROSEGUR may be sent to the following recipient categories:

In these instances, the parent company requires that these companies fulfil the measures designed to protect personal data established in a binding contract, unless for instances in which the European Commission has determined that the country in which the recipient is located provides an appropriate level of personal data protection.

4. Data Storage

The criteria that PROSEGUR uses to define the periods for conserving your data have been established in line with the requirements established in the applicable legislation, regulations and guidelines, in addition to PROSEGUR's operating requirements relating to the correct management of its relationship with candidates who present themselves to the hiring processes.

Your data will not be kept for a period of more than seven years after you have provided your updated data or, if applicable, the hiring process to which you have applied has been completed.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in cases where a situation has occurred that could lead to liability on your part, for security reasons, PROSEGUR may store the blocked data necessary to identify you for the additional time necessary until a final judicial decision is obtained. Once this period comes to an end, your data will be deleted.

Furthermore, in the event that legal proceedings are taken against you, your data may be stored for the additional amount of time required until a final legal ruling is obtained. Once this period comes to an end, your data will be deleted.
