Prosegur in Spain has become consolidated as the first company in which the new employee registration procedure is controlled by robots without any human interaction. Also, the time needed to incorporate new employees has dropped from 48 to 24 hours. Among its sustainability measures, the company has incorporated the digital signature, doing away with the use of paper, with significant savings in terms of material resources.

Costs have been brought down by over 50 percent, with real-time monitoring of over 2,600 armoured vehicles in Brazil, Colombia, Spain, Mexico and Portugal, via IoT connections. With our new fleet management platform, we expect to save nearly USD 3 million in five years.

Prosegur has continued improving the Opportunity to Cash and Procure to Pay procedures in all its businesses, with the goal of significantly reducing the average collection period from customers after providing service, making warehouse management more efficient and reducing the obsolescence of goods.

Prosegur in Brazil has simplified payroll calculation by establishing an "Integrated and Centralized People and Management Unit" in Belo Horizonte. It has also improved the payroll calculation process, bringing the time needed for payment down from sixteen hours to just one.

The company has managed to have 135 procedures operated by robots, with an efficiency of 120,000 hours a year. By way of illustration, Prosegur Cash in Brazil has automated the end-to-end guide management procedures of one of the major banks in the country. This procedure consolidates the information from the cash bags between Prosegur's systems and the bank, improving the average time required for the operation and hence enhancing customer satisfaction.
